Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
